Polished Concrete
Polished concrete is a modern flooring solution that offers a smooth, clean and stylish finish. It is created by grinding and polishing a concrete surface to achieve the desired level of shine. With its natural look and long-lasting performance, polished concrete is suitable for both residential and commercial spaces.
One of the main benefits of polished concrete flooring is its durability. It can handle daily foot traffic and is suitable for busy areas such as shopping centres, offices, hotels, showrooms and warehouses. Its smooth surface also makes cleaning and routine maintenance simple.
Polished concrete offers a range of finishes, from a natural matt appearance to a high-gloss shine. The final look can be adjusted to suit different interior styles and design needs. Its surface can also reveal natural patterns and aggregates within the concrete, adding character to the floor.
At IFTIKA, we provide polished concrete solutions that combine practical performance with modern design. Whether you are planning a new project or upgrading an existing space, polished concrete is a versatile choice for creating attractive, durable and easy-to-maintain floors.

A penetrating surface treatment designed to harden concrete and prepare it for polishing. It helps reduce surface dusting and improve resistance to everyday wear. Suitable for creating a smooth, durable finish while preserving the natural appearance of concrete.

A finishing treatment designed to add water and stain resistance to concrete surfaces. It helps protect the polished finish and makes routine cleaning easier. Suitable for enhancing the appearance and protection of densified or polished concrete.

A protective finish designed to help shield polished concrete from water, spills and everyday stains. Applied after densifying, it supports easier maintenance and helps preserve the floor’s appearance. High-speed burnishing develops the desired level of surface shine.

A decorative colouring solution designed to add colour to polished concrete floors. It enhances the surface while keeping the concrete’s natural texture and character visible. Used during the polishing process to create anything from subtle tones to more vibrant finishes.

Check the concrete slab, remove old coatings and clean the surface. Allow new concrete to cure as required by the selected system.
Grind the surface with diamond tools to improve flatness and expose the desired amount of aggregate.
Fill suitable cracks, holes and pores with compatible repair materials. Continue with finer abrasives to remove grinding scratches.
Apply a compatible concrete dye if a coloured finish is required. Allow it to dry and remove excess dye as directed.
Apply a compatible densifier to harden the concrete surface. Follow the selected system's application timing and drying instructions.
Progress through finer diamond polishing pads to achieve the specified sheen. Remove dust and residue between stages.
Apply a compatible finish treatment or stain guard. Burnish where specified and allow the treatment to cure before use.
